AIR VELOCITY MONITORING FOR RUGGED ENVIRONMENTS

Conspec’s Optio AVM (Air Velocity Monitor) is engineered to succeed where other devices fail, providing accuracy and responsiveness while withstanding even the harshest operational conditions.

We use modified pilot tubes with differential pressure technology to provide stable, reliable readings in the presence of moving vehicles that often disrupt air velocity readings. Designed for ease-of-use, the Optio AVM user interface simplifies the installation, calibration, and maintenance of your device.

The innovative design of the Optio AVM combines gas and atmospheric monitoring, I/O support and a wide array of power and communications options to create an all-in-one solution which greatly reduces upfront costs by eliminating the need for multiple devices.

Sensor Configurations

Differential pressure sensors in a modified pilot tube. Operating ranges:

  • +1000 FPM = +5.0 m/s,
  • +1500 FPM = +7.5 m/s
  • +2200 FPM = +11 m/s,
  • +3600 FPM = +18 m/s
  • +5000 FPM = +25 m/s


Alarms

Supports 4 custom alarm levels with hysteresis and hold-to-alarm timing, fail-high/ low alarms, and relay output logic (AND/OR) based on single or multiple sensor inputs.

Electrical (Intrinsically Safe)

  • IECEx/ATEX: 6-18 VDC
  • Battery Power for wireless operation
