GAS DETECTION CONTROLLER FOR PARKING GARAGES

Conspec’s NEW Primus V commercial gas detection controller was designed to provide a more efficient process when configurating your Carbon Monoxide (CO) & Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) detection system for enclosed parking garages and other spaces subject to toxic gases.

The Primus V comes equipped with BACnet capabilities and our Subcon software for seamless integration to a Building Automation System, with the ability to program through a networked PC or laptop directly connected to the controller. The Subcon software eliminates the need for countless button pushes and multiple screens by allowing user to program and view all connected devices on one screen.

  • Programming & Calibration via Subcon Software – Enables fast configuration, logic testing, and calibration through an intuitive software interface.
  • Remote I/O Control – Allows operators to remotely manage inputs and outputs for every connected Optio V monitor.
  • High-Capacity Sensor Support – Accommodates up to 6 sensors per monitor, enabling networks of up to 576 total sensors (3 channel buses, 32 monitors (Optio V) per channel, 6 sensors per monitor)
  • Six Integrated Relay Outputs – Includes six 5A @ 30VDC Normally Open/Normally Closed relays with optional failsafe mode for reliable alarm and control activation.
  • Local & Remote 4–20 mA Outputs – Offers two local analog outputs plus twelve Modbus-driven remote 4–20 mA outputs for flexible integration.
  • Dedicated Strobe & Horn Output – Provides a direct output port for local audible and visual alarm devices.
  • Time-Stamped Data Logging – Records all state changes and alarm events with accurate time stamps for compliance and diagnostics.
  • Configurable Multi-Zone Operation – Supports up to 12 unique zones to separate alarm logic and control functions across your facility.
  • Flexible Communication Options – Integrates with building and industrial systems via BACnet, Modbus RTU, analog 4–20 mA, and relay outputs.
