Thermal Imaging Cameras

Stop fires in open areas before they break out using thermal imaging for fast, programmable early hazard detection.

Modern thermal imaging cameras do more than provide video feeds; they offer programmable heat detection across large areas. Using configurable detection zones, a single camera can monitor thousands of square feet and pinpoint where heat hazards and events occur. When integrated with facility safety and fire control systems, these cameras can support automated responses, including equipment shutdown and fire suppression activation.

Optris Xi 80

Compact Thermal Imaging Camera

Provides 80 × 80 thermal resolution with automatic hot/cold spot detection for compact, low-cost wide-area monitoring.

Linear Heat Detection System

Detect overheating incidents in tight spaces with precision where optical monitoring is not practical.
SafeCable linear heat detection (LHD) integrates with conventional fire alarm control systems. When combined with optional specialized modules like the DLM-Z2 Distance Locator Module, the LHD system can calculate the precise location of the event, displaying exactly how far down the wire the overheat incident took place. Following a fire, total zone replacement is avoided; contractors only splice in a fresh segment of wire to replace the localized section that triggered the alarm.
