The Detectors Group Inc. Model DG-500 3IR+UV Test Lamps are designed and optimized to simulate a fire for the Detectors Incorporated D371 and D381 3IR+UV Flame Detectors. The DG-500 model emits UV radiation in the Ultraviolet spectrum and Infrared radiation at the 4.3-micron band of the IR spectrum.
The tester simulates a fire signature by modulating the light source to achieve a specific radiant energy.
The DG-500 Test Lamp is optimal for repeated use for periodic verification of the D371, D381, and D171 Flame Detectors.
